Homework

Homework

Learning at home is an effective way to reinforce the learning taking place at school as well as providing an insight into your child's education and progress.

The expectations for homework in in Years 3 and 4 are:

+ Reading, reading and more reading! Children need to be read to and heard read as often as possible. For continued efforts with their reading at home, children can work their way up our Reading Challenge Stars and earn a prize.

+ Maths homework will either be set on a Wednesday via MyMaths, on our class page or sent home. It should be completed before the following Wednesday.

+ Our menu of optional homework activities linked to our themes and learning for this term can be found below. Any optional homework can be brought into school and celebrated on a Wednesday.
