The PTA needs your Help
What an interesting first week back we have had with all four seasons making an appearance!
I am reaching out to ask for your help and invite you to become more involved in our wonderful PTA - Parent Teacher Association.
I wanted to share how the PTA really do make a huge difference and play a vital role in enhancing the amazing educational journey of our children here at Tarporley CE Primary school. Through fundraising events and volunteer efforts, the PTA raises essential funds that directly benefit our school and children. These funds help subsidise all of our residential visits and educational trips, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to participate in these enriching experiences beyond the classroom. We have seen a significant rise in the cost of coaches, with some costing £400, which is covered by the PTA. Additionally, the funds raised by the PTA contribute to purchasing extra resources and experiences that enhance the learning environment for all of our children such as theatre group visits, workshops, the sound system in the hall, additional ipads and a contribution towards the new Treehouse facility.
Your involvement in the PTA is not only beneficial to our school community but also to you as parents. By joining the PTA, you have the opportunity to connect with other parents, teachers, and staff members who share a common goal of supporting our children's education. It's a chance to be actively involved in shaping the educational experiences of our students and making a positive impact on their lives.
I understand that everyone has busy schedules, but even a small contribution of your time and effort can make a significant difference. Whether you can volunteer at events, assist with fundraising initiatives, or contribute your ideas and expertise, your involvement is highly valued and appreciated.
