KS2 THEATRE TRIP

For our Christmas trip this year, KS2 are going to visit Theatr Clwyd in Mold to see Mother Goose. The trip will take place on Thursday 12th December. Children should arrive at school as usual and we will depart from the Community Centre at approximately 12 noon. We will be watching the afternoon performance and will be leaving Mold at 4pm with an approximate arrival time back to Tarporley of 5pm. Children should be collected from the school playground.

Lunch will be eaten before we leave school. The menu for that day will be changed so that the option is a packed lunch from school or home. Please ensure you select one of the options and email the choice of sandwich filling if you choose packed lunch from school.

All children should wear full school uniform and have a coat suitable for the weather.

The cost of the trip will be £10.00 per child. As this is a non-curriculum trip, payment is compulsory. For those in receipt of free school meals/pupil premium, it is the school’s policy to remit the charge, permission will still need to be given via ParentPay.

Thank you to the PTA for once again covering the cost of the coach and providing a drink and snack for each child, saving approximately £10 per person. This is the only way we can make our trips more affordable for parents so we are very grateful for their fundraising.

Payment and permission is now available to be given online via ParentPay. This should be completed by Friday 15th November
