Making a Complaint

At Tarporley CE Primary School, we are committed to listening, responding and working in partnership with families and our wider community.

If you have a concern or wish to make a formal complaint, our Complaints Policy & Procedure explains the steps you can take and how we will support you through the process.

We are also committed to ensuring that complaints are handled respectfully and appropriately, and our Vexatious and Malicious Complaints Policy sets out how we manage situations where behaviour becomes unreasonable or disruptive.
