Exciting Updates to Our Treehouse Before and After School Club

Dear Parents and Carers,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and suggestions in our recent end-of-year parent questionnaire and during the Parents' Forum. We’re thrilled to announce an exciting addition to our Treehouse After School Club—a new Early Session designed to offer even greater flexibility for our families. This new session will be available starting 1st January 2025.

The updated fees for the 2024-2025 school year are as follows:

• Before School Club: £5.00
• After School Club Early Session (until 4:30 pm): £6.50
• After School Club Full Session (until 6:00 pm): £12.00

We hope this new option, along with the continued care and engaging activities provided at Treehouse, will support the diverse needs of our community.

Booking Information

Bookings can be made by contacting Treehouse directly via:

Our team will respond to emails and messages during the following hours:

• 7:45 am – 8:30 am
• 3:00 pm – 5:45 pm

Please ensure sessions are booked by 4:00 pm on the previous Friday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before a booked session, with a full refund provided. Unfortunately, sessions not cancelled within this timeframe, or sessions missed due to non-attendance, will be charged at the full rate.

Late Collection Policy

From 1st January 2025, we will be introducing a late fee for children collected after their booked time:

Original Pick-Up Time - 4:30 pm - LATE - Additional Charge - £5.50

Original Pick-Up Time - 6:00 pm - LATE - Additional Charge - £15 per every 15 minutes
